Notice of Reservation Congestion
We are currently experiencing a situation where it is difficult to make nail appointments and phone lines are disconnected.
(especially for Japanese gel nails).
We apologize for the many cases where we are unable to meet your requested date and time.
If you are unable to reach us, please call us back at a different time.
We will continue to make improvements so that your treatment can proceed smoothly, and thank you for your understanding.
(This period will be crowded so please book early. )

For Reservations
Notice: Due to soak-off and fill-in methods varying by gel type or manufacturer, there may be an additional charge for soaking off for filling in gel manicures done at another salon. Please let us know when you make the reservation.
- When requesting a gel manicure appointment, please tell us the following:
- ・Whether or not you need a soak-off
- ・If you have a gel manicure from another salon currently on your nails
- ・Whether or not you want designs or artwork
- If you have a 2+ hour slot for your first appointment with us and cancel it on the same day, there is a chance that we will not be accommodate you in the future.
- If you have a history of multiple same-day cancellations or no-shows, there is a chance that we will not be able to accommodate you for future appointments.
Modifying or cancelling a reservation
Our salon is by appointment only. In order to accommodate all clients comfortably, we have the following rules in place. Due to seat and staff limitations, please try to avoid cancellations as much as possible.
- Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
- Credit card information is required to hold your appointment.
- Appointments canceled within the same day or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount.
- Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
- If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
- Please give a gratuity to the technician in cash. 15% or more is recommended.
If you do not understand this policy, we will not be able to accept your reservation in the future.
